Make Payments, Report Outages, and Check Your Usage with the SmartHub App
Members can make account payments, report an outage, check usage, and more through the SmartHub App on your mobile device or on your computer at the SmartHub login. Visit www.smarthubapp.com, the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store and search for the SmartHub app. Creating a SmartHub account is easy: enter your profile information, choose Glades Electric Cooperative and you will be ready to check usage, pay your bill, manage your account, and more.
Pay In Person
Local Offices in Moore Haven, Lake Placid and Okeechobee are available to accept payments by check, cash, or money order. Member Service Representatives are on hand to answer questions or provide receipts for payment.
Automatic Bank Draft Payments
Save checks and time by authorizing us to electronically charge your checking, savings, or credit card account for the bill amount each month. Under this program, you will continue to receive a statement so you will know how much is being drafted from your account. Your account will be drafted on the due date printed on your bill. To make this service more useful, it can be combined with Levelized Billing.
Pay by Phone
GEC also offers a Pay by Phone option for Visa and Mastercard credit card payments by calling 844-201-7203. Payments made directly to GEC will post immediately to the account.

After Hours Deposits
After hours deposit boxes are located at each of our three office locations. If you deposit your payment in an after hours deposit box after 6 pm, your account will be credited the next business day.
