SmartHub lets you manage your Glades Electric account on-line or with your mobile device. Creating a SmartHub account takes less than three minutes. Enter your profile information, choose Glades Electric Cooperative and your ready to check usage, pay your bill, and report an outage.
Pay In Person
Local Offices in Moore Haven, Lake Placid and Okeechobee are available which accept payments by check, cash or money order. Member Service Representatives are on hand to answer questions or provide receipts for payment.
Automatic Bank Draft Payments
You can pay your electric bill without writing a check by authorizing us to electronically charge y
our checking, savings or credit card account for the bill amount each month. Under this program, you will continue to receive a statement so that you will know how much is being drafted from your account. Your account will be drafted on the due date printed on your bill. To make this service more useful, it can be combined with Levelized Billing.
Pay by Phone
GEC also offers a Pay by Phone option for Visa and Mastercard credit card payments by calling 863-946-6200. Payments made directly to GEC will post immediately to the account.
GEC Members may also pay their bill online through eBill. Members should call 863-946-6200 to set up their eBill account before logging in the first time.

***PLEASE NOTE: In a continuing effort to reduce costs to members, as of September 1, 2017 GEC is discontinuing all remote payment boxes.
After hour deposit boxes will remain available at our offices in Moore Haven, Lake Placid and Okeechobee.
After Hours Deposits
After hour deposit boxes are located at each of our three office locations. If you deposit your payment in an after hours deposit box after 6 p.m., your account will be credited the next business day.
